Complaint Against Esteghlal Player Filed in Court Over Hosting Night Parties

Complaint against Esteghlal player to the court due to hosting night parties

Following complaints from several neighbors, the case of one of the Esteghlal football team players, which had been suspended in the Revolutionary Court, has been reopened.

The story is that one of the Esteghlal team players, who resides in Shahrak-e Gharb, faced complaints from several neighbors due to frequent gatherings at his home, and the case was initiated in 2022. In this incident, there were altercations between the Esteghlal player and one of the local residents, leading to a complaint against him in court. However, the case progressed to the point where it was decided that if the issues recurred, the case would be reopened, and now it has indeed been revived.

This Esteghlal player, who plays in a defensive position, has rented an apartment in Shahrak-e Gharb, but his main residence is on Ferdows Boulevard West in Tehran. A summons has been sent to his name and his main residence address. The player’s neighbors have also gathered a petition against him and submitted it to the court.
