Mostafa Mirsalim will not have a joint list with the Coalition Council

Mustafa Mirsalim stated that he will not have a joint list with the Coalition Council.

A member of the Central Council of the Islamic Coalition Party said, ‘We will not have a joint list with the Coalition Council, but we will have a joint list with some parties.’

Mirsalim mentioned the electoral plan of the Motalefeh Party, saying, ‘We will not have a joint list with the Coalition Council, but we will have a joint list with some parties, and this list will be published soon.’

Referring to the unsuccessful efforts to pass down the values of the Islamic Revolution to future generations, he said, ‘The enemy has made significant efforts to disappoint the people. This action must be thwarted.’

Mirsalim concluded by discussing the various lists in the elections, saying, ‘Until 5 months ago, I thought we would reach a unified list, but this did not happen. This is due to several reasons. Personalities that were respected and somewhat revered among the people are no longer among us. There is currently no consensus among the principlists and reformists. On one hand, the party’s organizational tradition has not yet strengthened. Perhaps the principlists will publish 3 or 4 lists and the reformists 1 or 2 lists. While the fragmentation of lists may contribute to participation, on the other hand, this fragmentation may not result in selecting the best candidates and could weaken the quality and expertise level of the representatives.’
