The recent claim by the Imam Khomeini Seminary states that Sadeqi signed the document in the office.

Following the accusation of land grabbing attributed to Kazem Sadeqi, the temporary Friday Imam of Tehran and his sons, the institution under his management, Imam Khomeini Seminary in Tehran, issued a new statement acknowledging the violations and stated that an order has been issued for the return of the land to the seminary.

Previously, Yashar Soltani, an active journalist inside Iran, claimed by publishing documents that ownership of a 4200 square meter garden worth approximately one trillion Tomans in the Azgol area of Tehran, which belonged to the Imam Khomeini Seminary in Tehran, has been transferred to the non-profit organization of Followers of Imam’s Thoughts.
