Israeli Prime Minister and Military Leaders Hold Emergency Meeting to Discuss Possible Iran Attack

The Prime Minister and Israeli military leaders held an emergency meeting to discuss the possibility of an Iranian attack.

Channel 12 of Israeli television reported the start of a security meeting attended by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, former Defense Minister and current member of the War Council Benny Gantz, and Gadi Eisenkot, a member of the Israeli War Council.

The security meeting is held with the aim of examining how Iran might retaliate and brainstorming ways to counter it.

After this meeting, Yoav Gallant said, ‘We discussed the close cooperation between the United States and Israel. Our enemies think they can separate Israel and the United States, but we stand shoulder to shoulder.’
