A shipment of chemical fertilizer made in Israel was seized at the Bazargan customs.

Iranian customs officers seized a transit shipment of chemical fertilizer that is said to be produced in Israel.

According to ISNA, this shipment of chemical fertilizer contained potassium nitrate and was produced in Israel. It was transported by a truck and declared at the Bazargan border customs for foreign transit procedures to Uzbekistan.

It was stated that the import and transit of any goods made in Israel through Iranian customs is prohibited, and recently, strict controls on these goods have been implemented by customs officers.
