Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister will not participate in peace talks with Ukraine.

Mikhail Galushin, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, stated in an interview with the state news agency on Friday, July 21, that Moscow is aware of Ukraine’s proposals for resuming peace talks but will not participate in these negotiations.

He mentioned that from Russia’s perspective, this meeting will solely focus on the proposals of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and other peace initiatives will be disregarded.
