Donald Trump: If I Have Health Issues, I Will Resign

Donald Trump says he will resign if he has health issues

Donald Trump, the 78-year-old Republican Party candidate for the 2024 U.S. presidential election, stated this at a conference for the National Association of Black Journalists in Chicago.

Russia Today reported that someone at the conference highlighted Trump’s age and asked him if he would step down if he became president and his physical condition wasn’t good. Donald Trump immediately responded to this question by saying, ‘Definitely.’

He also added that if he’s not well, he would definitely resign from the presidency and leave the White House.

The 78-year-old Trump further emphasized in his remarks that during his presidency, he would be older than Joe Biden is now, but not mentally. He believes it would be good for anyone participating in the elections to take cognitive and aptitude tests.
