Zafarghandi became a minister with the least votes of confidence

With the announcement of the results of the parliamentary representatives’ votes, it was revealed that all the ministers proposed by Masoud Pezeshkian have received votes of confidence from the parliament.

Mr. Pezeshkian had previously stated that he had not introduced any minister without coordination with higher and lower levels.

The most votes of confidence were received by the Minister of Defense, Aziz Nasirzadeh, who had 281 votes.

Alireza Kazemi for the Ministry of Education received 208 votes in favor, Setareh Hashemi for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology received 268 votes in favor.

Esmail Khatib for the Ministry of Intelligence received 261 votes in favor, Abdolnaser Hemmati for the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance received 192 votes in favor.

Abbas Araghchi for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received 247 votes in favor, Mohammadreza Zafarghandi for the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education received 163 votes in favor.

Ahmad Meydari for the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare received 191 votes in favor, Gholamreza Noori Qezelcheh for the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad received 253 votes in favor.

Amin Hossein Rahimi for the Ministry of Justice received 268 votes in favor, Amir Aziz Nasirzadeh for the Ministry of Defense, Support, and Armed Forces received 281 votes in favor.

Farzaneh Sadegh Malvajerd for the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development received 231 votes in favor, Mohammad Atabak for the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade received 231 votes in favor.

Hossein Simayi Sarraf for the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology received 221 votes in favor, Abbas Salehi for the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Eskandar Momeni for the Ministry of Interior received 259 votes in favor.

Mohammadreza Salehi Amiri for the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism received 168 votes in favor, Mohsen Paknejad for the Ministry of Oil received 222 votes in favor.

Abbas Aliabadi for the Ministry of Energy received 255 votes in favor, Ahmad Donyamali for the Ministry of Sports and Youth received 253 votes in favor.
