Ambassadors of Several European Countries in Tehran Summoned to Iran's Foreign Ministry

The heads of diplomatic missions of several European countries in Tehran were summoned to the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran summoned the ambassadors of the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, and Germany in response to the accusation of delivering Iranian-made ballistic missiles to Russia. This summoning occurred a day after the Iranian ambassadors in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands were summoned to the foreign ministries of those countries.

According to Tasnim News Agency, citing the Director General of the Western Europe Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the reason for this summoning was the unconstructive statements of these countries and the imposition of sanctions against Iran under the pretext of involvement in the Ukraine war.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic once again called the statements of European countries and the United States regarding the sale of ballistic missiles to Russia baseless and false.
