Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a ceasefire in the Black Sea

Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced that his country has agreed to ensure safe navigation, eliminate the use of force, and prevent the military use of commercial ships in the Black Sea

This agreement came after the White House announced that Russia has also agreed to ensure safe navigation in the Black Sea

Ukrainian and American delegations have held talks today in Saudi Arabia

Rustem Umerov added that Kyiv believes any movement of Russian military ships outside the eastern section of the Black Sea would violate the spirit of this agreement, and in such a case, Ukraine fully reserves the right to use self-defense
