Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Will Never Pursue Nuclear Weapons Development

The spokesperson for Iran’s Foreign Ministry stated that Iran will never seek to develop nuclear weapons.

Baghaei, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson, said Iran will never pursue the development of nuclear weapons, and this stance is based on the Leader’s fatwa.

The Foreign Ministry spokesperson emphasized that Iran’s position on the nuclear issue is completely transparent and clear, and it has been repeatedly announced from this podium.

He added that in the latest tweet from the Foreign Minister, it was explicitly stated that Iran is not and will not be seeking nuclear weapons under any circumstances.

This matter is part of our strategy and belief, and it is based on the Leader’s fatwa, so I don’t think there is or will be any doubt about it.
