Jokar, the traffic police, does not file a complaint against Nikzad’s son.

Mohammad Saleh Jokar, head of the Supervisory Board on the Conduct of Representatives.

As reported by the media in recent days, Mohammad Hassan Nikzad, son of Ali Nikzad, ran over Colonel Khisheh, a traffic police officer, with his personal car in the special lane at Vanak Square, Tehran, on the morning of Sunday, May 25, 1404, and fled the scene.

So far, the traffic police have refrained from providing any report.

Contacting traffic officials has also been met with a uniform response of ‘I am not informed.’

It is expected that this incident, which involves the misuse of power by the son of a member of parliament due to his father’s position and then the father’s misuse of his position for the illegal release of his son, will be met with a decisive response from the Supervisory Board on the Conduct of Representatives.

Mohammad Saleh Jokar, the head of the Supervisory Board on the Conduct of Representatives, has stated that the board, according to the law, only intervenes and obtains the authority to investigate a matter when a complaint against a representative is received.
