The Judiciary Pursued Legal Action Against Mostafa Kavakebian

The judiciary has initiated legal proceedings against Mostafa Kavakebian

Mostafa Kavakebian, a former member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, is facing a legal case and charges for his statements about Catherine Shakdam, a British-French journalist and analyst accused of spying for Israel, due to his claims lacking credible evidence.

Kavakebian, while speaking on a television program about the issue of infiltration, said, ‘What were the Afghan infiltrators trying to do?’

In the discussion about Catherine Shakdam, which has been raised these days, I am ashamed to say this, but she has slept with 120 important figures of this country.

The media center of the judiciary wrote on Friday, July 20, regarding this matter, that he made an unidentified claim about the country’s political figures, and due to this unfounded claim and causing public anxiety, the Tehran prosecutor’s office has filed a legal case against this political activist and pressed charges.
