Saeed Toosi was acquitted by the judiciary, but the state TV does not broadcast my recitations.
Saeed Toosi, a Quran reciter in Iran, broke his years-long silence, stating that despite being acquitted of sexual assault charges against his students in court, the state TV has not broadcast his recitations for nearly 9 years.
This well-known reciter, who was previously close to the leadership circle, has been associated with sexual cases and allegations of assaulting young students over the past decade. He also mentioned recent rumors about his murder, saying that accusations are made, but he defended himself in front of the judge and was acquitted.
He said if I were guilty, an acquittal would not have been issued.
But why is my voice not broadcast on radio and television? This ban itself validates the same issue of the assault accusation.
