Chamran: Tehran’s trams will not be operational

The head of Tehran’s city council said that half of the 400 double-decker buses purchased by the municipality have entered the country and are expected to be utilized as soon as possible.

He added that no decision has been made yet regarding triple-decker buses, and I don’t think trams will be on the agenda because no report on their trial performance has been presented, and I don’t think they will become operational.
