Schools and universities in eight counties of Hormozgan have been announced as remote due to dust and sandstorm.

On Tuesday morning, the General Directorate of Airports of Hormozgan also announced the cancellation of all incoming and outgoing flights at Bandar Abbas International Airport due to a severe reduction in horizontal visibility and requested passengers to contact the flight information system at 199 to follow up on the situation.
