Dairy Union President: Raw Milk Price Increased from 23,000 to 39,000 Tomans

The head of the Dairy Union announced that the price of raw milk has risen from 23,000 to 39,000 tomans.

Ali Ehsan Zafari, the head of the National Dairy Products Union, announced on Monday, November 26, in an interview with ILNA, that the price of raw milk has increased by nearly 60% in the past five months. This increase in the price of raw milk is equivalent to the price increase of milk over 50 years.

Zafari stated that the price of dairy products has been changing almost daily in recent weeks, saying that the price of raw milk reached 23,000 tomans per kilogram in 60 years, but in just five months, it has reached 39,000 tomans per kilogram.

The head of the National Dairy Products Union reminded that the Ministry of Agriculture should prevent this price hike, but unfortunately, it is not paying attention to this issue.
