Judiciary Spokesperson Announces Arrest of Mohammad Saedinia and Seizure of His Assets

The spokesperson for the judiciary announced the arrest of Mohammad Sa’adinia and the seizure of his assets.

Asghar Jahangir, the judiciary spokesperson, stated that a legal case has been filed against Mohammad Sa’adinia on charges of officially supporting rioters, and he is currently under arrest.

According to Jahangir, immediately after the case was filed, an order was issued to identify and seize Sa’adinia’s assets, and his properties and shares have been confiscated.

The judiciary spokesperson added that if the court determines that this individual’s actions have caused damages, compensation will be made from the seized assets.
