Israel reports new attacks on northern Iran and east Tehran
The Israeli army announced that it has launched a new wave of attacks in northern Iran and the outskirts of the capital. Simultaneously, reports have emerged of explosions being heard in Tehran.
On Friday, the Israeli army announced that it has initiated new military operations in northern regions of Iran, including the Noor area along the Caspian Sea.
According to a statement released on the social network X, east Tehran has also been targeted in these attacks.
At the same time, eyewitnesses have reported that the sound of air defense activity and several explosions were heard in Tehran a few hours ago.
These developments follow attacks that Israel had previously announced it carried out for the first time on northern Iran.
In the initial wave of these attacks, the building of the Anzali Customs Administration and the shipping organization of this port city were among the declared targets.
