Iraq, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan have sent humanitarian shipments to Iran.
The deputy of the Iranian Red Crescent Society announced that Iraq, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan have sent their humanitarian aid shipments to Iran, and these aids have entered the country.
Razieh Alishvandi said these shipments include food, medicine, and medical equipment, which have been provided to the Red Crescent to support relief operations and meet the needs of vulnerable groups.
According to the Red Crescent’s announcement, Iraq sent 9 trucks carrying about 180 tons of relief items, Uzbekistan sent 15 trucks weighing 300 tons, and Kazakhstan sent 1,700 tons of aid in the form of 30 train wagons to Iran.
According to the deputy of the Red Crescent, a significant portion of the aid sent by Kazakhstan consists of flour and sugar.
