Saad Maan: No Nationwide Restrictions for the Funeral of the Former Leader of the Islamic Republic

Saad Maan: No nationwide restrictions will be imposed for the funeral ceremony of the former leader of the Islamic Republic.

Saad Maan, head of the Iraqi Security Information Center, announced that during the funeral ceremony of the former leader of the Islamic Republic in Iraq, no nationwide bans or restrictions on citizens’ movement will be imposed.

He said that temporary traffic restrictions will only be limited to the routes the body will pass through in the provinces of Karbala and Najaf.

According to Maan, a security and service plan has been developed for the ceremony with the participation of various agencies, and citizens and participating delegations have been asked to cooperate with security and service forces.
