White House Continues Contact with Iran Despite Conflicts

Despite the conflicts, the White House maintains contact with Iran

White House spokesperson Caroline Leavitt said that despite the resumption of conflicts, contact between the United States and Iran continues, and Donald Trump is ready for diplomacy with Tehran.

She said the Iranians have announced that they still want to reach an agreement with the President, and we are in contact with them.

Leavitt also warned that if Iran attacks ships in the Strait of Hormuz, the United States will hold Tehran responsible.

She also mentioned the attack on the Minab school, stating that investigations into this incident are ongoing and referred journalists to the U.S. Department of Defense for details.

The White House spokesperson added that Donald Trump’s speech tonight will focus on the topic of elections and election integrity in the United States.
