Mohammad Bagheri, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic, said at Azad University that today’s society is complex and evolving, and it cannot be managed with batons and daggers.

The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces advised law enforcement officers that to control the public, the police must properly understand the new generation and use scientific methods to interact with people.
