Baqaei Warns About Accusations of Attacking Mecca

Baghaei warned about the accusation of an attack on Mecca

Ismail Baghaei, the spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, condemned any attack on Islamic holy sites and said that the claim of intercepting a drone on its way to Mecca is not sufficient to determine the perpetrator of the attack.

He, referring to Yemen’s denial of the attack, warned about the possibility of a false flag operation and considered the aim of such reports to be creating division among Islamic countries.

Saudi Arabia had previously accused Yemen of being responsible for the attack on Mecca, a claim that the officials of this group have denied.
