While some time has passed since the Ukrainian attacks on Russian bases deep within Putin’s country, American officials are trying to deny any involvement of their military in these attacks. This insistence and noteworthy effort coincide with the curiosity and indeed persistence of journalists to uncover the dimensions of Western military aid to Ukraine.

Many journalists and even analysts are seeking to understand the nature of Ukraine’s military program and the grounds for cooperation between the U.S. and its allies with Ukrainian defenders in the offensive range. Proving such a matter is not simple, and the basis of Western countries’ aid to Ukraine has been to maximally strengthen the defensive structures of that country’s army.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Secretaries of State and Defense denied America’s role in Ukraine’s attacks deep into Russian territory, and Ned Price, the State Department spokesperson, dedicated a specific portion of his press briefing to providing a detailed explanation on this matter and denying America’s involvement.
