American and Turkish officials announced today, Friday, March 29th, that U.S. President Joe Biden is set to host Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the White House on May 9th. This will be Erdoğan’s first visit to the U.S. since 2019, when Donald Trump was the U.S. President.
