In a speech in Quebec, he said that this action is a violation of Lebanon’s territorial sovereignty and emphasized that such an attack cannot be justified
Carney also added that the Lebanese government has been trying to counter Hezbollah’s activities and that this issue cannot be a reason for Israel’s military action
