Cancellation of Chamber of Commerce Elections by Primary Court Ruling

Annulment of the Chamber of Commerce elections by the preliminary court ruling

Masoud Daneshmand, an economic activist and candidate in the tenth round of the Chamber of Commerce elections, said that with a personal complaint against the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Supervisory Council, the preliminary court ruled that the elections are annulled.

If the appeal also confirms this ruling and the Chamber complies, then apparently due to the annulment of certain provisions of the election regulations, the elections will be annulled. He added that it has been three days since the preliminary ruling was issued, and there are seventeen days left for the appeal to take place.
