Chabahar Representative’s Reminder to Ebrahim Raisi

Moinuddin Saeedi, the representative of Chabahar in the Parliament, in a reminder to Ebrahim Raisi, referred to the passage of 5 months since the massacre of protesters in Zahedan on October 8, 2022, and called for a transparent and fair trial of those who ordered and executed it.

Addressing Raisi, he said that this matter must be pursued with special attention to bring it to fruition.

Following the Bloody Friday in Zahedan, during which about a hundred protesters and worshippers were killed by targeted shooting from government forces, this city and some other cities in Sistan and Baluchestan have witnessed widespread street protests every Friday after prayers.
