Claim by the head of Sima Film Productions: Modiri is coming to television with a new series

Masoud Karimi Khezra, head of the comedy productions group at Sima Film Center, said that talks have been held with Mr. Mehran Modiri, and God willing, I am pleased to announce that we will collaborate with Mr. Modiri. I cannot specify the time now. Our priority for this collaboration is the production of a series. I assure you that we are negotiating with all these dear individuals, and hopefully, if we succeed, our effort is to reach pre-production, production, and airing.

He continued, saying that the writing and pre-production of the ‘Paytakht’ series have begun, and hopefully, if no issues arise, it will reach production this year. However, the remaining stages, such as casting, airing, and other details, will be announced subsequently by Sima Film itself. But we assure the audience that good things are on the way.

Karimi added that Mehran Maham, a good television producer, had an interview in which he pointed out that there might have been a difference in taste for Reza Attaran. I am aware that in past years, negotiations have been held, and there has been interest and willingness from the broadcasting organization, but for various reasons, this opportunity has not been realized.

The intention has been there whenever they wished; television is their home, just as you mentioned the names of Mr. Modiri, Mr. Niknejad, and others who have been and are successful.
