Closure of offices across Iran except for 3 provinces

Offices and executive bodies in all provinces of Iran, except for the 3 provinces of Ardabil, Gilan, and Qom, are closed on Saturday, the 21st of August.

This closure comes while many provinces were also declared closed on Wednesday.

The water and electricity crisis in recent months has led to closures in most provinces of Iran. The repeated shutdowns and outages of electricity and water have disrupted people’s lives, and some have protested in recent days in various cities, including Rasht, Shiraz, and Kazeroon, against the continuation of this situation by holding gatherings.
