CNN: Destruction of Iran’s missile facilities was costly, rebuilding is cheap

In a report citing new satellite images, CNN wrote that Iran is quickly reopening access routes to its underground missile facilities and storage sites.

According to the report, the United States and Israel used advanced and expensive weaponry during their attacks to block the entrances of some underground bases and limit access to Iran’s missiles and launchers.

However, new images show that the restoration of these facilities is being carried out with simple equipment like bulldozers and trucks for transporting soil and debris.

CNN says this process could reduce some of the strategic impact of the attacks that were conducted with a large amount of advanced munitions and restore Iran’s access to part of its missile arsenal.

The network also wrote that recent developments have raised new questions about the claims made regarding the complete destruction of Iran’s missile capabilities.
