CNN network has mined the entrances of Iran’s nuclear tunnels.
In an exclusive report, CNN television network, citing five informed sources from U.S. government assessments, claimed that Iran has recently taken new actions to make access to enriched uranium reserves buried in its bombed nuclear facilities more difficult.
According to this report, about 440 kilograms of highly enriched uranium, which is said to be capable of being used to make several nuclear weapons, has been stored for about a year in the underground tunnels of the Natanz, Fordow, and Isfahan facilities.
CNN, quoting these sources, wrote that the Islamic Republic has exploded part of the underground tunnels in recent weeks and placed mines at their entrances to make access to these nuclear materials even more difficult.
This report is published as the fate of Iran’s enriched uranium reserves is said to be one of the main topics of negotiations that Tehran and Washington are reportedly on the verge of finalizing.
