Confirmation of the news about the suspicious flight of 4 second-hand Airbus planes to Iran

Following reports about the diversion of four Airbus planes and their landing in Iran, Hassan Khoshkhoo, the deputy of the Civil Aviation Organization, confirmed in an interview with ISNA news agency the import of these passenger planes.

These planes previously belonged to the Turkish Airlines and were sold to a Hong Kong company named Avro Global in 2018 and 2019.

Since that time, Avro Global has kept these four planes in Johannesburg, South Africa.
