Continued Detention of Hamid Sharifi, Student of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

Hamid Sharifi, a PhD student in Ecological Ecology at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, who was abducted from a train on his way home on October 5th, is still in detention after 83 days.

It is noteworthy that during a meeting with his family, he mentioned that his arrest involved physical assault and that his nose was broken during the arrest. Additionally, his right to make phone calls to his family has been revoked, and he has not had any contact with them so far.
