The Corruption of Jalayer Khalili with the Code Name Hooran Nikbakht Part Two

The corruption of Jalayer Khalili with the code name Hooran Nikbakht, according to Iran Gate, the petrochemical mafia last month, with documents I had, led to the sanctioning of IRGC affiliates. Now, the oil mafia and one of the top five, Jalayer Khalili, brother of Reza Khalili, the senior advisor to the CEO of the National Oil Company, received a license for currency exchange from Safdar Hosseini, the then-minister, for money laundering activities under his wife’s name, Hooran Nikbakht.

Meanwhile, his wife does not have proper educational credentials, and representatives have repeatedly sent letters regarding Hooran Nikbakht to the university. Additionally, they purchased Ahmad Moazen Zadeh’s notary office to carry out corrupt activities and transfer documents under Hooran Nikbakht’s name, which led to a court case. I will publish the documents confirming the currency exchange and the court case of Hooran Nikbakht, along with the names of judges, parliament representatives, and officials who closed the cases of Jalayer Khalili and Houshang Ebneish.

Warning to security and judicial institutions: I will expose the names and lists of corrupt judges involved in Jalayer Khalili’s corrupt activities. I will write about courts and specific rulings, such as the Lavasan document and the role of Akbar Tabari, known as Hosseini. Jalayer Khalili conducts most of his corrupt activities under the names Hooran Nikbakht and Aryobarzan Nikbakht, his wife and brother-in-law. Most temporary companies to obtain projects and foreign currency are also under the name Mohammad Sultan Khalili, whose documents I will soon disclose.

The registration of Marine Company to receive oil rents under the name Aryobarzan Nikbakht and money laundering activities conducted by them in Dubai. Marine PetroAsmari and other companies of Jalayer Khalili received many projects with rents during his brother Reza Khalili’s tenure as CEO of the National Oil Company. Several projects were abandoned halfway, and Jalayer Khalili, through document forgery and lawsuits against the National Oil Company, in coordination with judges who were his close associates or friends, pocketed large sums of money.

Many documents of these individuals’ corrupt activities will be published in Iran Gate. Additionally, in Hamedan, a township named Shahrak Hooran, after his wife Hooran Nikbakht, is under construction. We will also publish Hooran Nikbakht’s educational credentials and the recommendations from representatives for her. Jalayer Khalili is one of the heads of the dragon of oil and petrochemical corruption in Iran.
