Deadly storm in the Philippines claims dozens of lives
The tropical storm known as Gaemi has caused significant damage in the Philippines, with the death toll from the storm on the rise.
According to reports from police stations, more than 30 people have lost their lives due to landslides and floods caused by the storm. Additionally, over 200,000 people have been displaced and left homeless by this severe storm.
Statistics indicate that in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, in addition to extensive damage, twelve people have died following the storm. Yesterday, the storm moved towards Taiwan, and according to official reports, it has resulted in at least 7 deaths and more than 750 injuries.
The Gaemi storm, with reduced intensity, has shifted its path towards China, where, as a security measure, the country has relocated more than 150,000 people to safe locations.
