Deputy Foreign Minister: Indirect negotiations with the U.S. were continuously conducted under Raisi's administration

The Deputy Legal Advisor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that indirect negotiations with the US have been continuously conducted under Raisi’s administration.

Reza Najafi, the Deputy for Legal and International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, mentioned that under Raisi’s administration, indirect negotiations with the US began in Oman and have continued to this day.

Najafi added that the other party is not ready to seriously participate in the negotiations due to internal issues and the election discussions.
