Bakhshayesh Ardestani, a member of the National Security Commission of the Parliament, said there is a possibility that direct negotiations between Iran and the US could take place in Qatar or Turkey and emphasized that the state of neither war nor negotiation should end. He warned about the potential exit of Iran from the NPT, stating that such a decision could create the perception worldwide that Tehran is moving towards producing nuclear weapons and could even put countries like Russia and China against Iran.
