Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency has announced readiness to resume technical-level talks with Iran

The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency has announced Iran’s readiness to resume negotiations at the technical level.

Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, announced on Friday, July 24, that the Islamic Republic is interested in resuming some talks with the agency, and a technical team from the agency is scheduled to visit Iran in the coming weeks.

Speaking at the National University of Singapore, Grossi stated that Iran has numerous nuclear facilities and activities, and Tehran must be transparent about them to prevent problematic situations.

The Director General emphasized that Iran has not always been transparent about its nuclear program and has violated NPT regulations multiple times.
