The price of the dollar reached 184 thousand tomans

The value of the Iranian rial against the US dollar saw a further decline on Sunday, the second working day of the week in the country. In Ferdowsi Street, Tehran, the main center of currency exchanges in the capital, the dollar was traded at 1,840,000 rials. Analysts speak of a greater likelihood of a further decline in the value of the rial in the coming days.

Previously, in the month of December, the rial was traded at 13 million against the US dollar, a figure which at the time was the lowest value of Iran’s currency against the dollar and led to widespread protests due to the worsening economic situation.
