Earthquake Shakes Qasr-e Shirin

An earthquake shook Qasr-e Shirin

According to reports from Iranian news agencies, today, February 4, 2023, two earthquakes with magnitudes of 4.7 and 3.3 on the Richter scale shook the Qasr-e Shirin county in Kermanshah province around 6:15 and 6:21 AM.

Based on local news, the intensity of this earthquake was also felt in the counties of Sarpol-e Zahab and Gilan-e Gharb, to the extent that people sought refuge in the streets from their homes.

According to Mohammad Bagher Mohammadi, the head of the Red Crescent Society of Kermanshah province, no damages have been reported so far.

Afshin Yeganeh, the Director General of Crisis Management of Kermanshah Governorate, in an interview with Fars News Agency, reported that three people have been injured and transferred to medical centers.
