Elon Musk is driving Twitter to the edge of a cliff

Elon Musk has informed Twitter employees that all company offices will be closed until next Monday, and with a simple notification, all administrative centers of this social network were closed. As a result, a significant part of the administrative structure and, most importantly, security oversight of one of the world’s most popular social networks is being managed through remote work by employees with minimal interaction between different departments of the company.

According to statements from senior managers of the company, Musk has cited fear of sabotage by opposing employees as the reason for closing the offices. These managers are also confident that Musk intends to lay off another group of employees and is currently reviewing to prepare a new list of those to be let go.

A few days ago, in one of the most inappropriate managerial actions in the history of American companies in the past decade, Elon Musk sent an email to employees asking them to pledge their commitment to working tirelessly for Twitter, including an option in the message for them to click and pledge their allegiance to him.
