End of the Second Round of Iran-U.S. Talks

According to reports, the second round of negotiations between Iran and the U.S. has concluded, and the Iranian delegation has left the venue of the talks.

Journalists present at the site reported that the American delegation did not enter the building where the Omani Foreign Minister and the Iranian team were stationed. The Iranian delegation was present at the Omani consulate in Geneva.

Iranian media have reported that the Iranian delegation expressed satisfaction with the course of the negotiations and is keen to continue the talks.

The IRNA news agency also reported that the negotiations lasted for three and a half hours, and some general agreements were reached. It was decided that discussions on details would continue after consultation with the capitals.
