Atena Daemi says they don’t even provide liquid soap to prisoners in Lakan.
Atena Daemi, a human rights activist and former political prisoner of Lakan Prison in Rasht, tweeted about the situation in this prison.
For a year in Lakan, I tried everything, went on hunger strike, was deprived of phone calls and visits just to provide the minimum necessities for the prisoners, and I did. But now that I’m free, everything has gone back to the way it was before. They don’t even provide liquid soap, and prisoners have to grate soap to use.
