Fatemeh Heydari, the sister of Javad Heydari, and Fouad Choobin, the uncle of Artin Rahmani, have been temporarily released.

Fatemeh Heydari, the sister of Javad Heydari, one of the victims of the Iran protests, announced the temporary release of Fouad Choobin, the uncle of Artin Rahmani.

On Sunday, October 22, Ms. Heydari wrote on the X network that Fouad Choobin, the uncle of Artin Rahmani, one of the victims of 2022 in Izeh, was temporarily released today on bail after six months of imprisonment.

The news of his temporary release comes as on May 8, Hengameh Choobin, the mother of Artin Rahmani, had stated that the authorities had beaten her brother and transferred him to solitary confinement.

She has not yet provided information about her brother’s temporary release.

Ms. Choobin also mentioned that her brother’s teeth and nose were broken under torture.

In April 2023, she said that her brother Fouad was abducted in Izeh without any reason, evidence, or arrest warrant, under the threat of weapons by plainclothes officers and with severe beatings.
