Fidan, Turkey's Foreign Minister: Druze Seeking Help from Israel is Unacceptable

Fidan, the Turkish Foreign Minister, says it is unacceptable for the Druze to seek help from Israel.

Hakan Fidan, the Turkish Foreign Minister, emphasized in his statements that the Druze seeking help from Israel to destabilize Syria is unacceptable.

According to the Anadolu Agency, Fidan stated, ‘Through the Turkish intelligence agency, we conveyed our stance of opposing the disruption of stability and peace in Syria to the Israeli side.’

He added, ‘We are in contact with Washington and regional countries, and we hope to achieve a ceasefire in Syria in the coming hours.’

The Turkish Foreign Minister urged Israel to abandon its destabilizing policies in the region before it’s too late.

According to IRNA, Israeli fighter jets targeted the grounds of the Syrian Presidential Palace, known as the Palace of the People, located on the slopes of Mount Qasioun in the outskirts of Damascus, in an airstrike on Wednesday.
