Filmmakers Gather for the Second Day to Follow Up on Taraneh Alidoosti’s Situation

A number of filmmakers gathered today, December 19, for the second day in front of Evin Prison to follow up on Taraneh Alidoosti’s situation.

It has been said that Bahman Farmanara, Ali Mosaffa, Leili Rashidi, Pantea Bahram, Setareh Eskandari, Behnaz Jafari, Golareh Abbasi, Samin Mohajerani, Sahar Mosayebi, Mastaneh Mohajer, Yasna Mirtahmasb, and Mitra Hajjar are among these filmmakers. Yesterday, a video of Shahab Hosseini, another filmmaker, was also published on social media, which was said to have gone there to support Ms. Alidoosti.

Taraneh Alidoosti, a renowned Iranian actress, was arrested by security forces at her home on Saturday. She had a brief phone call with her father yesterday and asked him to deliver her medication to Evin Prison.
