Financial Times: Russia has agreed to supply 90 missile launchers to Iran

The Financial Times reported that it has obtained documents indicating that Russia has agreed to supply 90 guided missile launchers, which can be mounted on helicopters, to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to this report, published on Thursday, November 4, the production program of a major Russian defense industry company has registered the export order for these equipment for a client coded as K10 during the years 2024 and 2025.

Financial Times states that examining other Russian arms contracts shows that this code is used to refer to Iran.

These documents include a letter from the Russian company Vympel in May 2024; however, it is still unclear whether the ordered equipment has been delivered to Iran, and the authenticity of the documents has not been independently verified.
