Following the sending of Trump’s letter to Iran, B-2 bombers will remain stationed in the Indian Ocean for two months.
According to the website of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, on Wednesday, March 25th, an official military NOTAM announcement was issued regarding the U.S. military base Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean, indicating that the southern ramps of this base will be closed until May 1st.
Considering that these ramps, where aircraft usually park, are typically allocated for the stationing of large bombers such as the B1B, B52, and B2, and taking into account the reports from Tuesday about the movement of B-2 bombers towards this base, it is likely that this announcement signifies the deployment of these stealth bombers at the U.S. airbase in the Indian Ocean.
